Doesnt work in Illustrator

The earlier version of this app and its predecessor allowed you to export/email yourself a vector, so that you could edit it in desktop-based illustrator. Now, it only exports as JPEG, which is useless. Really disappointing. Basically, its just an ad for creative cloud, which is absurdly expensive for non-professional designers.
